1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order with LockIn ("we", "our", "the service"), you confirm that you understand, agree, and are bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

LockIn delivers high‑protein meals, including chicken and paneer bowls, to colleges and office spaces within our active service zones. Availability, menu items, and delivery times may vary based on operational capacity.

3. Ordering & Payments

● Orders must be placed through our website or official channels.

● Payments are collected via approved payment gateways.

● In case a payment is processed but the order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a refund within 5–7 business days.

● Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect details may lead to failed delivery without refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

● Once food preparation begins, cancellations are not allowed.

● Refunds are issued only for valid cases such as non‑delivery or operational cancellation from our side.

● Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.

5. Quality & Hygiene

We follow strict food‑safety practices and work only with verified suppliers and certified kitchens. If you receive a meal that is damaged or compromised, report it to the POC of your Hostel.

6. User Responsibilities

● Do not misuse the platform or attempt fraudulent orders.

● Do not resell LockIn meals without permission.

● You must comply with all applicable laws when using our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

LockIn is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond operational control. We are also not responsible for allergic reactions; Users must contact their poc before ordering if they have food allergies.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
